Looking for a mature non zergfest clan.

So the last clan I was in seemed to just be a bunch of people all in one ventrilo. Half the people didn't know the other half, and when the time came to fight, mass confusion and limited information was heavily present.

I'm looking for a small-med sized group that works well together and doesn't rely on numbers to get something accomplished. I'm still fairly new (two weeks) and would like to learn whatever I can instead of just becoming another meat shield.

I'm a big pvper, but I also enjoy a bit of crafting. Would prefer it if the clan is not full of wannabe hardasses telling racist jokes and cussing every other word trying to be tough. Also, holdings in human lands are a big plus.
