Please generate a factor associated with each players skills. And use this for PvP not PvE.
This could be used to normalise all PvP fights so that skill swill prevail. In combat this factor will be used to normalise skills and give a vet no advantage. Easy to calculate on hit and this would stop the ability to gank unless you have a fair fight.
Use top 10 combat related skills to calculate this.
so a player with max 10 x100= 1000 points fighting against a player with 5000 points total would have all his skills reduced by a factor of 50% for any hit so you create a ratio and normalise damage. Ratio 1000:500 alldamage dished out by the vet reduced by 50%.
Someone fighting at 1000:1000 would see no reduction fair fight.
Full skill could be used to abuse PvE so everyone wins.
