You decide.

I think his parents just need to give him a good old fashioned beating.

Shithead. There is a difference between the first amendment and not listening to superiors.

edit: I would get back at the teachers though, hit them outside of school when they aren't your superiors. Cyber terrorism ftw.

Fuck. It's a tough choice. He's clearly a shithead, but teachers are also generally massive cunts.

I'm going with option C. here. Both. Shithead and censorship.

I'm sure we aren't getting the whole side of the story. I think its funny as shit that HE is the one who got in trouble. Reminds me of this time sophmore year, these two bitches were yelling at each other and some guy tries to break it up. The security guard shows up and shoves the kid out of the way, so he instantly gets back up and gets in the security guards face. They argue for a minute, the two girls leave, more security shows up and takes the guy to the office.

Justice at its finest.

It's funny...this is how all the libertarians on this board sound...like 14 year old idiots.

I guess he never learned you don't keep all your rights in school.

Which is why "I'ma put mah dick in yu" is not a punishable offense for teachers.

You dont need the whole story just from watching that video. He's a little shithead with an anti authority complex who thinks he can go LOL CONSTIFUCKINGTUTION and it'll get him out of anything even though as a 14yr old he has no rights under the constitution.

Pretty pathetic of that teacher and prinicipal to call the police on some guy that is just acting in a regular way(trying to act like a wise guy).

The police threatening him was also pathetic tho.

Anyway he should probably stayed a bit calmer altho we don't know how he acted precisely.

btw what's up with calling the police because a kid is giving you some trouble in school? Is that normal in the USA?

Sadly teachers can't hit students or they coulda backhanded him and told him to shut the fuck up.

Yes.

It all started with retarded 'zero tolerance' policies, and spiraled into previously unknown levels of stupidity from there.

School officials are now completely incapable of using common sense to solve any problem.

Yes, because the teacher, the principle, nor the school board are allowed to discipline a child who wont allow them to. You cant put your hands on them and they wont do what you tell them to....you pretty much have no recourse but to beg and plead with them, or call the police, or expel them.

back in the day...
The teacher would have smacked you, told the principle, who would call you dad...and then your dad would smack you when you got home.

It aint that way anymore.

Glad it's not that way anymore. Personal bias + lack of common sense + ability to hit = terrible combination.

Some of the stories my dad told me from back in the day, yeesh. I'd prefer an absolute idiot with absolutely no power than an absolute idiot with absolute power.

Speaking of personal bias......

Speaking of personal bias......

Personal bias being teachers just not liking you, and getting licks for saying 'jeez'.

Speaking from experience, if a teacher just doesn't like you, it sucks. If a teacher just doesn't like you and can hit you, well fuck, I could only imagine.

True, while I agree that kid should have gotten beat, some teachers are...not good... and giving them the ability to hit is not a smart idea...
