Yes it has player housing, you can own a ship and have a mount with a cart.

No young boy, Daggerfall is a Massive Singleplayer Offline RPG. You ought to be kicked and flogged for your ignorance.

It is not online it is the second in the elder scrolls series the first being Arena. You owe it to your self to try it this game shaped an molded most rpgs that followed it even today. It still has one of the largest ingame worlds todate an has more features to even try to list.

it's not even in 3-d. These graphics are beyond dated. They're decrepit, ancient -- from another century.
