I voted Ketchup for it's versatility. You can't have mustard without ketchup, but you can have ketchup without mustard. Mayo has it's uses, but not as many as ketchup.

Belgian mayo >>> American mayo. I ordered fries with mayo in a burger restaurant (non fast food) in Seattle once. If the pitiful looks that I got from everyone ("silly foreigner") weren't enough, it also tasted like goat cum. The fries -and- the mayo. I feel sorry for you Americans.

So yeah. Mayo first. Then mustard. Then ketchup.

Unless we're talking about Bavarian sweet mustard. That's my absolute number 1.

It looks like my home mayo is belgian-like, I use less mustard. Sometimes I add a bit of pepper, a few drops of vinegar and a little bit of garlic.
