Getting hit raises Fitness? Wow.. I mean Toughness sure, but wtf does getting hit have to do with being fit?

using stam got endurance up so i presume it be the same with fitness

Swimming normally uses no stam and it raises Endurance. Jumping uses stam but it does not raise Endurance.

Then why doesn't swimming raise Perseverance?

losing body parts means you weigh less, ergo fit

for fitness some clanners told me it was swinging your weapon (not sure if you need to hit, or use a weapon besides conscript)

Anygot got a clue how much regen these adds?

0 regen.

I haven't noticed any change with 52 Endurance.

Also, hitting someone with a melee weapon will raise both endurance and fitness. Swimming/Sprinting/Weaponcrafting will raise Endurance.

At 59.3 endurance, I regen 0.86 stamina per tick. I'm pretty sure the default is 0.75. I'm guessing this skill will give you a 25% regen boost at lvl 100.

Ah, ok, minuscule changes then.

Crafting armor/weapons at an avil probably takes some endurance in real life.

Which is amusing, because I believe that the regen rate was 1.0 per tick originally... essentially they reduced your stam regen rate and then gave you a skill to grind to fix it back to the way it was.

Nah.. I think it was 0.5, then they increased it to 1.0, but it was incredibly overpowered so they decreased it to 0.75 again shortly after.

The regens definatly work, not sure at what point in endurance (somewhere areound 50) but I can ride a mount indefinatly now and don't loose any stam.

I though stamina regeneration was halted while riding/sprinting, I might be wrong though.

I was making repair shards and leveling both Endurance and Fitness. I haven't checked if it works for Focus as well yet, need another 1.3 int for that.
