Fix Master Volume

Windows XP users cannot turn down the sound of the game, which by the way has horrible sounds, almost bad enough to make me want to not play any more, Without turning down their entire PC's volume.

I cant hear people on vent over a healing spell that sounds like a fucking nuke.
