I really do have an excellent suggestion:
Fix the account management. I haven't been able to buy game-time myself. My friend used to pay my bills, as his card would work. Now his card works on his own account, but not on mine. I do have enabled the net payment of my card, and its in the same bank that my friends is.
And the fucker doesn't work. At all. I have successfully bought game-time on wow in the past (yeah yeah, go ahead and fuck me), with no probs. This is the most significant thing that should work when trying to get players to play this game. Its hard to play when you can't.
