Just as the title say's a melee skill you should get on 50 Skill Before being able to buy it from the fighter NPC
here is how it should look like
Each level Makes the target 0.3% slower for 5seconds + 3 seconds for every 25 skill - 10 Second Recharge time.
maybe this will Balance Magic and Archery whith Melee
Critics are Apreceited Aslong as it makes sense
