I know this is a sensitive subject, but I honestly believe that there should either be no transfers to the NA servers, or at least separate servers.
Many people are looking to get a fresh start and move past the exploiting and macroing that went on in the early days, and allowing transfers would squash this.
You would essentially be creating a situation where all the people who transfer dominate any new players and prevent them from being competitive for a good 2 months.
An NA server without transfers would bring new players who were worried about competing with vets, as well as a lot of people who would like to start over on an even playing field.
