Does quickness effect running

Was wondering if Quickness effects running speed. I'm at 100 running and it still seams everyone out runs me.

Apparently ping is a factor in to run speed as well.

If it does, it would be under the measurable threshold due to latency; I can tell you I have never noticed a difference.

There are no other skills that increases run speed. Not sure why he posted that. Probably a troll post or he is talking about sprint and crouch...

Quickness might affect your speed, i´m not sure though.

And it does not affect movement speed, initially in beta they planned it would but it was dropped thankfully.

Running is the only thing that affects your movement speed.
