Where do you buy archery skills

Where do you buy archery skills from? What levels do you have to be to get each of the skills?

Fighter trainers.

First one is at 50, and the other two are at 75.

At fighters guild, at 50 skill you get veteran archer(less stam cost) 500g if i remember right. At 75 archery skill you can buy sharpshooter(weapon mastery) for 1000g and spirited archer(less time nocking arrow) for 500g.
