If you have a high standing with the Freemasons or you purchase 5k+ shards in one transaction, the price is 25 gp/shard.
Further discount apply in case of large quantities and good standing.

weird. I looted these off a guy so I wouldnt know..
I was told by 2 different people that they also cost 100 gold.
anyway, price nerfed obviously to 2500 for all of the repair shards.
