Hamlet at the below link is for sale, it has a Grove (already built) and is near the Alfar / Elf area. Compared to most hamlets this place has a lot of natural defenses, it sits up on a mountain with one main entrance, lots of perch locations.

The only reason you're selling it is because you don't have the force to keep it, so why would anyone pay you for something they could take so easily.

Good luck selling it before it's taken from you.;)

And btw your clan is one of the worst I've seen.

Just so you know, if you buy the hamlet, people will still raid the hamlet and rape your groove.

I would assume the people interested in it would build a bank and actually bind there.

If anyone interested in buying has a decently sized guild and no land or enemies, this would be a wise investment.

Last time we were there on an alfar hunting trip, there was no Bank if I recall correctly.

Can the OP please confirm whether or not this hamlet is fully built or not. I don't think it is.

Doesn't really matter if it doesn't have a bank. The bank will be destroyed upon the siege transfer anyway.

We never built a bank, it has a grove built and could have who knows what else to build.
