Sure, I realize the output is so varied its stupid but still. /shrug

Haze is pretty high in enchanting.

Essentially its what tier ingredients you can use and the condition of the weapon before enchanting.

if you use a weapon with 70 durability and its half broken you will have a half broken enchanted weapon tho the max durability will be like 90 or higher.

Enchanting level alone means nothing, wisdom and the quality of the materials used is what determines the outcome of the enchant. Afaik the quality of the materials makes 0 difference for weapon transmutes (Or so I've heard), so only wisdom matters.
