Where can I find spells?

I know this may seem really nooby but I just started playing, where can I find spells?

Mage Trainers in cities. If you mean "Where do I see my spells", there's a "Spells" button on the window that toggles all the other windows in your UI.

Starter cities have rank 1 mage trainers and only teach Lesser Magic spell. All other NPC cities have t2 mages, and clan cities have a tier or two available to build above that.
