Remove the 'wall protection' for PvE'ers

I like to see this skill removed from the game. It's annoying if I see a mob getting killed by someone inside of a wall and I'm not able to kill him.

What do you guys think?

they're recently begun banning people for it. i expect its prominence to be drastically reduced in the upcoming weeks.
