Whirlwind not leveling up sword skill...

Only whirlwind is going up...shouldn't my sword skill also be going up at the same time, or no?

It should for sure but it doesn't.

Also as far as I can tell, higher whirlwind level does nothing..

Maybe it increases range, I have to test that.

i was under the impression that it was easier to level once you got whirlwind...guess i was misinformed?

I got a "Your mastery of polearm has increased" after doing a whirlwind through a group of people. It does seem to level it up, but not by as much as just doing a normal attack.

I took whirlwind from 1 to 28 and it gave 0 polearm gain, not even 0.1

Weird, I'll have to try it gain.

Can you use special attacks while mounted? and if so, if you whirlwind, do u hit your own mount?
