There should be an alternative for melee players against players who fight by kiting with jump-spin other than having to pull a bow. Ky vs Shuyin's recent video demonstrates how retarded the current state of this tactic is.
Proposed Solution:
Instead of Seize being near worthless (as it is now) make it an aimed charge that fires you forward and strikes anything in your path. Higher skill could = more range.
It would stick with the "no-cc" theme of the game while at the same time allowing people who like to melee a chance to catch spin-jump-fire kiters without being forced to switch to a ranged weapon.
