I buy mine for 8 gold small amounts, and 10 gold in large amounts.

Also it has to be plain old normal blood, not troll blood, or mob name + blood.

I thought I was being a bit too generous paying out 15+g per enchanting material (Quality 1).... lol



Few more weeks and hopefully we can have a set economy for the stuff. Just not enough around at the moment, at least being pushed through the market.
