Dexterity gain higher?

Did the patch last night change the way dexterity is gained? I just pve some goblin and skeletons for half a hour, and I constantly got on screen messages about dexterity gains.

Any changes?

The goblin shamans debuff your dex so your dex was jumping up and down.
