what level of what do i need to make a raft

i spent all today gathering the stuff i need to make a raft, only to find out i havnt got the skill for it yet, what do i need for it? i am guessing 50 wood cutting, am i right?

Erm, I might be mistaken but I think you dont need any skill for it.

Go to woodcutting station and it's available in the same menu as where you cut timber into wood.

Erm... sorry this wasn't much help.

Also, think carefully about when you want to actually use the raft, people are losing rafts and mounts when the servers crash.
