Building Clan Towns

Before the game came out i read many posts from forum GMs saying that you can build a city anywhere you want except for certain places, to keep the landscape, anyway what happened to that.. im new to the game, had it for about a week now.. is it like that or not?

Nope sorry to disappoint you dev's broke your heart there are set citys/hamlets... And if you planned togo puppie... Please don't have 4 legged movement aswell so roll another race please...
