The ingredients for your first staves depend upon your race. As a mahirim our tribal staff is made from 1 wood and 1 Baneberry. So it is very race dependant as to the ingredients required.

also, whats the skill for enchanting weapons

Mahirims are fucked up, Baneberry is "hard" to get. The Maidrain need 1 wood and 1 mandrake for there racial staff, very easy to get
