Hello! I was wondering what determines the staff rank you can use.The skill rating of the current spell's magic school? Do the other schools' skill rating matter in any way towards this ?

Well you can use any staff you want, its just a question of what will drain the durability quicker. In theory I assume the actual spell itself would be the thing called into question, although it is unknown to me what really does it.
