If it's fairly close to the two KOTOR games, wich is a given since it's the same developer, i'll play it.

The point for me is, KOTOR actually gave a good feeling about the SW universe. Beside you always had a cool ship lol.

However, it's not a sandbox game, wich is kinda uncool. So more or less you'll work off the content and then get bored. Not beeing a sandbox game severe limits the game to a themepark.

The devs would be well advised to change their concept of a MMO on rails.

While I absolutly LOVE the lore to these games I have been so disheartened wit SWG that I will be making a pss on this title.

If at some point in the future I hear its a good game not to carbearish and at least some what sandboxy I will give it further thought. But as the market stands now I can only see this going the way of SWG since that is the player base these guys will have to contend for.

SOE has ruined any hopes of a decent SW themed MMO from the core of decent players. No one who has tried SWG will be apt to try anything star wars releated. Besides DFO is so freakin great!

I said this earlier in another SWTOR thread, and I think it's pretty accurate.

You cannot think of this game as an MMO, but rather a constantly updating online co-op game. I've read about it, and some of the things seem cool if you're into actual roleplaying or storylines. If you're into crafting, clans, exploration, and pvp (things that usually make up an MMO) - this game won't be for you.
