Archery skill gain

So yeah, im going to level archery so i was wondering if i skill up faster if i actually hit something or if its just the same as if i shot in the air?

Also, how many arrows will i need to get up to 100? im at 35 atm

Just shoot up into the air, you'll have loads of fun playing the game that way.

Skill level - Arrows Req:
0-25 - ~3,000
25-50 - ~8,500
50-75 - ~14,500
75-100 - ~55,000

P.S. make sure to buy your skills @ 50/75....

Your numbers are terribly off. archery 0-100 30-40k arrows. sharpshooter is double of that
