Beat up other players. Get a buddy who wants to work up his Parry and Defense. Or a bindstone with a bunch of afk people at it, whatever.

The quickest and most efficient way is killing friendly afk clanmembers. Killing mobs is more profitable though.

I tend to raise quickness?/dexterity? a lot when mobs shoot magic at me. :eek:

Swimming raises all three - Vit and str go up pretty slowly, but quick goes up super fast.
