Earth elemental quest bugged?

i've taked one quest that say me harvest a Quartz from a Earth Elemental, i've killed many of them but i found only: Elemental Quartz (that not help me in quest) - Lifeforce - Numen.

- Then i need more than 20 skinning? :bang:
- Is a rare skin? :ohno:
- Is bugged? :eek:
