2H Sword Skill Gains....

I am getting like barely 0.1 per bar of stamina... does that sounds about right ? I am at level 44 atm...


Also: does food affect skill gains in any way except more swings due to stam regen ?

doesnt sound right. i got 0.1 at 70 prepatch per stam bar

It's rumored that you gain more skill when hitting people with good defense skill. So hitting afk newbs would be the problem.

im beating on a my friends new character... so his defense/parry is going up as my skill is going up.... could that be the problem ?

or should i throw some armor on him or something?

im almost getting .2 SP when using a full bar of stam at skill lvl 52

im at 65 and gain about .1-.2 every 2 stam bars. Im hitting someone with 75 defense. Maybe some sort of soft cap is at play here.
