What I Like About You
There once was a man named Manus,
Whom assumed the rank of tyrannus,
And in his wake followed legions galore,
Spreading with them Roleplaying Lore,
'Tis true their "history" page is more like ten,
Though no one has read it, not even them,
With Manus joined Surly, the first emo dwarf,
And then came the Anvil, and the dwarves rejoiced,
To my sweet Hyperion, I now say,
These past few weeks are not your keenest days,
The Company of Awful has not said yet,
That they truly despise of you, but I will bet,
That in these next few months we'll see,
Material for you to write another history,
And so with that this poem I conclude,
Watch for my next post: Along Came a Surly.

Along Came a Surly
From his mother's basement he came,
Crowning himself a king, a thane,
Making cruel and spiteful posts,
Being quite the rude host,
Snapping at Wessex, and calling them "lame",
Yet they were not the ones to blame,
For you see, he was an angry man,
He was the fat kid in the marching band,
Picking at pimples until they popped,
Being pelted with rather large rocks,
And so you see, until this day,
That many that know him will still say,
He is, deep-down the same old kid,
Whose underwear was stained with skids,
And so it was so long ago,
When the trees were young, and the summer grass would grow,
That from the depths he has climbed angrily,
Along came a Surly.

Brannoc the Iron Tyrant
Wielding the Branhammer with disdain,
Across Forumfall, the serfs fear his name!
Born of Iron and Thunder comes Brannoc,
Thundering his way through the rock,
None may contest his rule, his power,
Before his will of iron, all will cower,
"This thread doesn't belong here." he will say,
And when they resist, he roars "Obey!",
For the Brannhammer is not picky,
It picks off the weak, the maimed, the sickly,
Brannoc has no heart, you see,
All that remains is a vast, dark, steel sea,
"All forumfallers perish!" they say,
Yet still rots the JTTers in Forumhell, to this day,
Before your shadow we all flee,
I have but one question, to Brannoc, Lord of All he sees,
PLEASE DON'T BAN ME!
*Stay tuned for The Ballad of Hackapell*

The Ballad of Hackapell
"Lock!" the new moderator sings,
His words like ice, they sting,
He roars out mighty bans,
Devour even the mightiest clans,
Hackpell accepts no pleas, you see
To Hackapell, you are all fleas,
His tongue is made of fire, his bones of steel and ice,
Expect no mercy from Hackapell, for he is not nice,
When the Tyrant takes his break for the day, Hackapell will come out and play,
Locks fly left and right, all through the day,
His locks blot out the sun,
His words can ruin all the fun,
Yet very few have a clue,
That Hackapell does not hate you,
So next time you see his trademark "The Lock",
Know that he does not hate his flock,
All he wants is to sing his ballad,
While he and his band-buddy Surly seethe in malice.

Why wisdom and poetry shall echo through all eternity as we rejoice and sing your ballads!

Tasos the Herald
To the News forum he cries:
"Server down, from five to nine!"
With his words he spreads some cheer,
Though he inspires mostly jeers,
Singing his song of "It's coming, soon",
Pissing people off with his same old tune,
For five months he said not a word,
Only the sound of whining could be heard,
With bad news comes misery, despair,
Making us want to pull out our hair,
His weekly updates are a thing of the past,
Now he only posts when the server has crashed,
To drown their pain, the forums drink beers by the barrel,
When they hear the news of Tasos, the Herald.
