Fix the towers

Towers in towns should instant zap rogue/gray players and not just dmging them like a newbie MM.
I mean what's the point of having towers in towns when they cannot protect players from RED/GRAY ones ???????

there are no safe places in the game, they mentioned it in a couple of interviews deal with it :D
