Encumbrance

How much of a difference does encumbrance make? Does it affect the stam taken to swing/shoot(bow) as well as damage? Also does anyone know if it affects run speed (more for the heavier armors, plate/scale etc)?

I think only DMG and Cast time is influenced

My self heal heals less than 2/3 of it's maximum with full scale set, it also has a longer cast time. My 24.x armored casting reduces around 5 encumbrance of 64 or so. Maybe with lvl 100 armored casting you can use spells with 0 penalty wearing studded set...

But it didn't see to affect running speed, sprinting stamina, melee fight, and such.

Also, the penalty for archery seems to be lower than the magic penalty. I have like 6 penalty to archery with full scale.
I guess you can use even a padded set without a notable difference if you have a high lvl armored archery.
