Just got to 25 and picked up dragon breath....has anyone leveled this spell at all? first impression is that it's pretty terrible, you have to be close to cast it and it does about 5-10 dmg less than firebolt.

Lightning bolt seems about the same, plus it's really hard to hit anything with it.

You can't take down a full health person with MM.
You CAN take down a full health person with Firebolt.

if you use your fire debuff you can take down an armored guy long before you run out of mana. Ive foudn the most useful use of magic is to kill people on the run or on mounts. If they are engaging you arrows and melee are they way to go.
