A clan member looted these from a player. The text description says it's a drop from Malaut Cultists but I don't think I've seen these mobs so far. Sinister map can't help, too. Any ideas?

As far as I remember Malaut is the demon god of greed, the inside corruptor of the humans, so try finding out where he is, on that point I cannot help since I am running around in the western lands far from humans at the moment.

Supposedly Malauts followers live under the Human cities and lands, or so the lore says. I would look for underground dungeons in the human area for more info.
