View Full Version : zerging spawn aka reinforcement coming from nowhere

Did that ever happen to you ?

You are hunting with your friend doing some pvp , you spot a lonely guy in a open field , you are looking around yep let beat the crap of him , and like 6 second after a sprint behind the fucker you feeling somebody hitting you on the back , you make a backward flip and you got like 7 guy from this clan hitting you and finaly killing you.

I experienced that multiple time and when i keep asking my teams mate where they were , and where they coming from , the answer is often they appear from nowhere !

Im starting to be a bit suspicious , and really starting to think some are using teleport to help their friends.

Im not whining , i just want to know if some of you got the same feeling that something is wrong.

Well a tp hack does definitely exist for DF so your scenario is possible. Of course it could have just as easily been legit - one guy from clan stands in the middle of field, trying his hardest to look like a nooby. Once you engage his friends jump out of hiding and gank ya.

Yes that s what we did yesterday except I don't need to "act" like a noob :P

Yea this happens alot. The guilds doing it gets my respect for backing up their clan members really fast. You just gotta be reaaaaally carefull trying to gank around player cities and towns.

What race were you? What race were they? What clan were they?

I've seen a live stream of a legit clan setting ambushes. They are on you in a matter of seconds.

One I fell for was attacking a lone guy on the ground.. only to see his 5 buddies jump off the floating island above us... Horsey saved me that day.

OMG teleport hax ! You are actually talking about Wolf/Ork clan LegIt ? We are just bunch of old game buddies, never thought of gaining much attention. But the ingame ambushes are so much fun, thx for that aventurine :D
