There's a npc city of sorts inside one of the volcanos. Pretty epic, even though is was completely empty in beta.

No.. loredains citadel seems to be a normal city. Not a playercity.

Yep, that's what I meant with npc city. It's a shame though, without considering the practical implications of it, it would be epic to own a city inside a volcano, maybe even with a fire dragon mascot.
