Witchcraft:Sluggish = wtf?!? What does it do??

Firstly, it's squat. Secondly, quickness has nothing to do with running speed. Read the info on it when you mouse over. It effects melee and archery speed, and can help defend against such attacks. Also has a moderate effect on maximum stamina.

Essentially, sluggish gimps thier combat effectiveness.

Indeed. Movement speed is too much of a constant in this game. Even our mounts all run at the same speed.

There needs to be a lot more variation, and a general reduction all round. PvP feels like an episode of Benny Hill atm.
