Nacre drops

It seems like many caster types drop 2 nacre, but I have yet to see any mobs that drop a large chunk of nacre similar to how shaman mobs drop more resin and akathars drop more mandrake.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a mob location or mob type that drop more than a couple nacre. I figure any mobs that primarily use Water magic would work well, but I haven't found any mobs that use cold damage other than Matayins, which drop no reagents.

If anyone knows of a good spot (or just a somewhat common mob type) to find nacre from, I'd appreciate any information. If not, well, I'll just keep looking.

I am curious about this as well. Trying to raise my Water Magic. So far I found Swamp Hag that drop a shit-ton of reagents every kill (like 2 bones, 3 sulfurs, 3-4 resins, but most of the time 1 nacre only).

I never was there but Niflheim seems to be a iced island ; it would make sense that there, lots of mobs drop nacre.

There is a dungeon onthe ice island that has mobs in there that drop 9-10 per kill along with 200 and 80 gold and banded armor, they bug too so its easy to solo them =)

well i found a sort of mob which drop lots of nacre: the nalaeds. they drop 20 nacres / mobs + around 10 fishes. With luck also neithal key. It needs at least 3 people for an effective farm. There is a spot near the middle of the map, east side, but I had quite bad experience, lots of PKs group are roaming there...

wow there actually is a reason to kill nalaeds... i always joke about them being the most annoying least killed mobs.

killed some nalaeds today.... only two but zero nacre on both.

anyone else know a good source of this stuff? I hate buying the 4g version

Sure you're not talking about Matayins? They rarely drop anything but gems.

i find that Gardorac drops the most nacre- 20 takes a long ass time to kill htough so fishing is more effective naleads also drop 20 nacre but only occasionally

Well...I dunno if I was just lucky, but a few days ago I started to train fishing for the first time...emptied a node and got skill from 6 to 23, after that I had over 20 nacre in my backpack.

nalaeds drop 20 nacres 90% of the time (i dont know exactly but around that), and yes for the 10 other percent, they are dropping 10 pearls.
But they are though to kill ...
The ice island is surely a good spot ... if you are belonging to the death alliance. Else, the best is to farm other reagent/gold and to trade them against nacre (or having 2 or 3 accounts fishing the whole day).

was hoping for a money dropping mob that also dropped loads of nacre... something Elfshade, Menhir Aelderish, but with lots of nacre instead of ash/resin
