Sorry had to post was at work, has anyone been able to use magics decently with either scare or plate? With the unburden spell and whatnot?

I've worn all scale, and the magic penalty between wearing scale and naked is either not there or so minimal it's unnoticeable.

Maybe once you get over 1 LM it will be noticeable.

If I'm in full scale, Heal Self/Heal Other heals for half what it normally does.

MM does about 70% of its normal damage. As does Rend.

Unburden, from our observations in combat, brings you up to 90% casting efficiency in scale. So, works out relatively well.
