Water Magic... in the water.

I've heard water magic was working better when you're casting close to water (see, river or anything, I don't know).

Since I've not been able to find confirmation in the forum, I'd like to have some feedback from those that might have tested it.

If the environment does make a difference, how much is the difference?
Shall the other element make a difference on the effect of the different shools too ?!


I guess (I'd say 80% sure) the answer is no for everything, but still, I'd like to hear some feedback on the water magic scool.
