Im human and I did the repeatable goblin quest where you got to kill 10 goblins under an hour and than each one after that is a bonus. Where is that same goblin quest in Mirdain lands? Can humans do it?
What about other mobs? I know there is a repeatable skeleton quest somewhere in Mirdain lands?
Lets provide a list of all the repeatable quests we can find that any race or allied race can do.

Why would you do a repeatable quest of an enemy race?

I did my starter quest in human. And when I traveled to dwarf land, I can't repeat the starter quest.
I pmed GM about it, and he says it's working as intended. If you did the starter quest in human, you can't do it in dwarf.
Dont' know about the repeat quest though.

Mirdain get a zombie repeat quest I believe is Southeast of Leafhelm and Southwest of Charybdis. It's at a wilderness bank with no towers.
Edit: If you watch the DogCo videos, it's the NPC at the gank bank.

Does that mean if you are a Human and you run to Dwarf lands you can do the Dwarf starter quest as a Human?

It seemed to work that way in beta. I don't know about the release version though as they HAVEN'T LET ME FUCKING PLAY YET.

you cant do starter quests of other races. We are talking about the "repeat" quests. Those are not starter quests.
For you guys that did some of them in Mirdain lands, which ones are the best ones to get gold? How much gold can you get for one time?
For the human goblin repeat quest, I was getting about 500 gold each quest, which lasts an hour. That includes selling goblin loot. I want to know if you can make similar gold in elf town.
Dwarf quest is to kill 10 trolls in an hour.

You can't do other factions starter quests. Tried it in elf newb cities and humans, no quests from the councilor.

I think that "repetead quest" depends on the starter city, for the humans i tried two of them, one was to kill hivekins, which where really far and a little hard.. so it's not a good quest, and the other one was for killing goblins which was a little easier..
In dwarf lands one was for killing trolls, which are also a little hard, and always are enemy races there.. and i didn't found anyone else..

The way it works in the Mirdain lands is this:
Each newbie city has the following 13 newbie quests that are not repeatable:
Kill 4 gobs, collect 4 gob axes, report to blacksmith, collect 5 stone, collect 5 wood, report to councilor, MM 20 goblins, collect 4 (3?) goblin teeth, report to arcanist, collect 5 resin, collect 5 sulfur, collect 5 mandrake, report to councilor.
These quests are only doable once PER STARTER CITY. So you can do all of these quests 3 times. As I've seen, only Mirdain can do these quests.
After this the quests begin to vary and you are sent to various outposts further from the Mirdain starting cities. Some take you to other Mirdain cities, others take you to wilderness banks (usually with towers). These quests are dependent on finishing the previous quests in sequence, and are therefore Mirdain only.
Then there are Mirdain repeatable quests, and these are open to at least the alliance (not sure about non-alliance). So far I've found the following:
Kobolds (NW of Beladin's Rest)
Zombies (Krisathel)
Skeletons (SE of Leafhelm)
The Kobold quest giver is ALSO part of the Mirdain racial quest series but only offers it once you've completed all the prior quests leading up to it. So you can get the repeatable timed quest from her, but you will have never seen the other quest from her until you complete the racial quests.
Pro Tip: If you have 2 active quests for killing a specific type of enemy, each kill counts towards both. There are several ways you can do get this situation to occur.
Hope that helps

All correct except the above part.
The quests from the wilderness bank/subfaction guys does not have a pre-requisite, and can therefor be started by anyone, regardless of having done the previous quests or not.
It was not this way in beta, you had to start the quest chain at the newbie town and go from there, it was changed at release.

My record is 700 gold plus 125 arrows ( I used a some of them ) on kobold quest. I killed 40 of them.

Ah, I think that's true for subfactions, yes. But it's not true for same faction. So for example the quests to kill Kobolds and then Trolls, or the quests to kill Orcs and Zombies, are NOT available from the wilderness bank quest giver until you complete the prior quests. However, the quests to kill Ciel Fey in Krisathel are a different faction and do not require any pre-req quests.

Dwarf quest is to kill 10 trolls in an hour.
There is also a kobold quest in n.e dwarf land just to the south of the port town. Although I have only been able to earn 300g to 400g per hour due to the number of kobald shamans that spring up. I have still to devise an effective strategy against those buggers.

Well, based on what I've seen in Mirdain land, I think there are 2 repeatable easy ones, each leading from one of the newbie cities, whereas the 3rd newbie city doesn't have one. Then, beyond those 2 easy ones, there is one more easy one in a non-starting city, and one medium one out in the wilderness. I think if you're looking for quests, the best way to find them for me has been to do the starter quests as you are forced to go to cities and talk to NPCs that give quests.
