Lost my mount on servercrash, I come back, and there's enemies around me and I get dry looted. I quit and go to pub with my friend to check out bewbs.
Lost full banded and ~10 stamina and health pots.
Forgot the whole thing next day.

I don't really get that angry when I lose my stuff, I get hella pissed when I die or something is affected by my lag, I get about a 15-20 lag spike (sometimes longer) atleast once every 2 minutes. Here's what I do when it either gets me killed (causes it a few times every day) or I'm about to kill someone and it happens and right when the lag spike is over, they're gone.

1) Yell at how crappy the servers are
2) Log off game, vent, everything
3) Few options for this one
-Drum
-Play guitar
-Go to sleep

for the record: i have never gotten a 15-20 second lag spike. I get a 1-3 second lag spike when zoning, the worst i got was 5 when i came up on over 100 mounts. But never 15-20 seconds.

For me its not really a problem your bound to lose stuff playing a game like this.

Once i lost half a set of armor at the time i think it was padded but at the time it was the best i could get and i was so freaked out about losing it all, also lost 80gold and a heap of weapons some potions and all my tools and crafting stuff.

Then 2hrs later wandering around in the wild i found 2 stones with no mobs around walked up to have a look and was soooo happy to find a full set of chain, 4-5 nice weapons, a nice staff, a mount and the other stone had 260gold on it so yeah i got pissed off that i lost my stuff but if you give it time your bound to get/find even better stuff :D

Depends on the loss but armour and weapons are easy to come by..

Always keep lots and lots of armour and weapon suplys in my bank so the only loss i feel now is wasted time.

I make sure I lose a good amount of stuff every so often, Like eariler today instead of running away on my mount with over 1k+ worth of loot I fought a person who was clearly better geared. I was in a chain shirt with some noob weapons and he was in banded with rank 40 pole.

Long story short I died and lost all that stuff.

But it was fun.

I just bought another 1gig stick becuase of this... It really isnt server, its your own comp. I went from 512 to 1.5gig and i noticed a difference and not going to add another gig so hopefully the little 5 to 10 sec spikes will be gone now :)
