No... thats about right as I recall. It gets REALLY slow around that point, but it goes a little faster if you throw in some heal self casts.

It was just 1 mana bar for me with Mana Missile, Maybe its just a bit bugged for yah m8.

Streaks like that to happen. Not often, but they do. Magic, overall, needs an overhaul. I just got the elemental magic nuke, and it takes 14 reagents and 7 casts to do 160 damage, and I end up completely out of mana. So an entire mana bar is nowhere near close enough to killing ONE person, even with 100% hit rate. That's bullcrap.

funny i get 0.1 skillup with 1 heal self and MM for rest of the bar, maybe its that 1 heal self that do it.

are you hitting ppl with MM or just macro'ing?
not asking to flame but curious which version is so slow. I know skillups go faster when hitting stuff then macro'ing

Using Health to Mana and Mana Missile I got about 0.4-0.5 skill between two rests (5 minutes maybe). More is possible if you use food. Just cast Health to Mana whenever possible, it does not kill you. Heal self only makes this procedure slower, as it takes a lot of mana per cast.
