Craft your own house?

I know this question have been up in many posts already!
This post is not for clans.

"Players will be able to set up houses of various sizes and designs, ranging from small cottages to huge castles and citadels"

Is this really working?
Can y build a small house for y self?
If y can, where can y build?
How expensive will it be?
How to start with the project?
What types of buildings can y have?

If a more dedicated player can give a serious answer, maybe a little guide. It would be nice :)

Not implemented yet, and will probably never will. Sad day, it crushed me when I heard this as it was one of the big things that got me into the game.

With the Current Server Lagg and Such, Without the Full implimention of Mobs and Caves, The Houses Would just be a major Drain on the server Creating More lagg/Ping/Sunc issues..
Will probably never be implimented.
