100 harvesting skill seems 2 have no extra effect, in my opion spell reagents are in high demand for many i was thinking maybe at 100 harvesting skill you have like a 50% chance to get a bonus spell reagent a hit. All harvesting skill obtain a reagent mandrakes from herbs, sulfur from rocks, resins from tree and narce from fishing, bones from skinning so this is a viable option for 100 harvesting.
