How are you doing so far without any access to NPC towns ? Is it really necessary to have a clan city / hamlet to live as a "red" ?

There are several "red" npc cities around.

i was thinking of going full time red, but i killed an Afker to test out, and any town i went near almost killed me, plus the fact i wasn't in a clan at the time didn't make banking easy ;D.

there's absolutely no point going red in this game. what you do is: you farm your alignment to 100, then pk till it drops to 0 and then repeat.

I've been red for a while now. Not too bad at all actually. There are banks out there without towers near them. There are also merchants that you can sell to, etc. Still looking for a town or two I can use to work on crafting and the like. Besides that? It's a pretty damn good life.

Crafting in a neutral town is just asking to be buttraped. :lmao:

Red is a blast if you get away from starter/quest cities.

not hard to imagine, most PK'ers tend to stick together. what im wondering is if the red named towns are safe for other red names.....

I'm sure. Though, it's part of being playing the part and as a red player. You learn to grow eyes in the back of your head. I'm not too terribly worried about it.

i agree with this guy. it's very hard to stay red, especially if you are "evil". you will get to 100 alignment very quickly unless you just stay in your own race's area.

Well it doesn't help your on ice island with a myriad of other races.
