Towers, PvP question

Why is it that when someone hits me in town, then I kill them (after they go rogue and the towers attack them) then I get killed by the towers?

I killed someone that went rogue after attacking me in town, ganked him.

15 seconds later, the towers attack me, and on my screen it says I went rogue. Glitch? I just lost a full suit of armor from this crap

It took like 15-20 seconds after I ganked him for me to go rogue. I did nothing afterwards

k then obviously a bug then unless you had massive lag when you ganked him as he just went blue.

Isn't there an option when you get killed to forgive your killer? Does this maybe have anything to do with it?

Was this by any chance in deep yishku because there was a chain of like 3 or 4 people that it happened to in a row

You ganked him when he went blue, and 15 seconds later he decided to not forgive you (A window pops up and you have to press Accept or Decline).
