Staff Damage

Does staff damage only relate to damage spells or is it really a "magnitude" stat in the sense that it makes buffs stronger/ma->sta more efficient, etc..

I haven't tested, but as someone who doesn't use damage spells, it seems like the quicker staffs are the better choice.

it helps self heal and heal other so far that ive noticed but NOT mana to stam

debuffs are hard to test, since going from 30 str to 0 str has MAYBE 1 dmg impacted
