Hello,
Not sure if this was crafting or PvP but it seems more PvP. Were can one get a repair tool? You have the repair shards... but can't use them without a tool. Can anyone say how to obtain that tool? Damaged buildings are so annoying.

My guild bought some in beta so I know there in game. just who ever know ere thay are is hording the info to sell the tools

Trust me they are out there and are easy to find. Tool boxes are not that hard to find.

oh there in we had to use one for our city, their VERY VERY VERY rare tho from toolboxes mainly.
